Hello, so I tried to log into my orchest account with no success, which I have heard is typically a sign of the server being down. However, once I tried again, it said my account was blocked. How can I resolve this?
It appears after discussing with a coworker our service was down at this time, causing the "incorrect password" bug, and yet my account was still blocked. How can I resolve this quickly?
Update: It appears once the server went online I was able to automatically access the service again. This appears to be resolved
