I work for on a company it has a HPC cluster on premise. One of our users asked us if we could provide Orchest. We support containers with singularity and I'm looking for a way to bring Orchest to our enviroment.
I don't know if there is a way to provide orchest to several users which does not have root privileges.

Perhaps the best way to deploy Orchest in such an HPC environment is to use the “VM-in-container” model. Currently Orchest assumes access to the Docker socket on the container orchestrator host. Would be happy to schedule a call and help you find the best configuration given your use of Singularity.
As a first step you could look at something like
